As a Brand Manager, Christiana Edeanya Ogaba’s core priority is shaping how innovation, technology, and sustainability are communicated, adopted, and scaled to drive measurable social and economic impact. Her work focuses on positioning innovation as a practical tool for growth, inclusion, and long-term development across emerging ecosystems.

 

In her current role, she leads brand strategy and communication efforts that translate complex innovation and sustainability narratives into clear, compelling stories that drive engagement and action. She works at the intersection of strategy, design, and digital media to support the adoption of innovation across sectors and to strengthen the visibility and relevance of innovation-led organisations.

 

Before her current role, Christiana served as Group Lead, Digital Marketing, Brands and Communication at First Icon Group, where she provided strategic oversight for brand positioning and digital engagement across the Group. She also previously served as Director of Media and Communication for JCI Uyo City, where she led communication strategy, public engagement, and brand visibility initiatives.

Christiana holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Chemical Engineering and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Strategy. Her technical training brings a structured, analytical approach to brand and communication challenges, enabling her to balance creativity with clarity, precision, and execution.

 

She is a strong advocate for the role of innovation, communication, and storytelling in accelerating sustainable development, expanding opportunities for young people, and enabling inclusive growth. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she mentors young creatives and innovators, championing design, communication, and strategic storytelling as powerful drivers of positive change.
