Innov8 Hub is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Nigeria to establish a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) and 3D Printing Technology Center in Abuja.
This initiative is designed to strengthen Nigeria’s technical infrastructure and expand access to hands-on, applied learning in emerging technologies. By integrating advanced tools with structured training, the center will support the development of practical skills critical to the future of innovation and industry.
As part of the collaboration, advanced 3D printing systems from Czech-based manufacturer Prusa Research will be deployed to facilitate training for students, educators, and professionals. These tools will enable participants to move beyond theoretical knowledge, providing direct experience in design, prototyping, and digital manufacturing.
Over the coming months, Innov8 Hub will introduce a series of targeted programs focused on capacity building, human capital development, and the adoption of new technologies, particularly in the field of additive manufacturing. These programs will be accessible to a broad audience, including students, academic institutions, and individuals seeking to build relevant technical competencies.
Beyond infrastructure, the initiative is expected to drive knowledge transfer, strengthen local capabilities, and contribute to the advancement of Nigeria’s education and innovation ecosystem. It also reflects a shared commitment to fostering international collaboration through science and technology, supporting the exchange of expertise and the development of sustainable innovation pathways.
The STEAM and 3D Printing Technology Center will serve as a platform for practical learning and technological advancement, positioning participants to actively contribute to a more innovative and self-sustaining economy.
Innov8 Hub remains committed to enabling environments where individuals and organizations are equipped not only to access technology but also to apply it in solving real-world challenges.
